Flying Voucher / Trial Flight

Have you thought about learning to fly, but are unsure of what is involved? Or would you simply like to experience flying a light aircraft to see the beautiful countryside of Dorset, Wiltshire and Somerset from the air. If so, then what you need is an Abbas Air Trial Lesson Voucher.

Once you are airborne, you will have the opportunity to fly the aircraft yourself and carry out some basic manoeuvres with one of our qualified flying instructors. Indeed if you get bitten by the bug and decide to take up flying, this flight will count towards the total hours required for your licence issue. You get to choose where you go on your lesson, so if you live locally you will be able to see your home and surroundings from the air, or if you like to you can fly over the spectacular Dorset coast with views of the Isle of Wight. Remember to bring a camera to capture this experience of a lifetime.

Maybe you would like to take this experience one stage further and land away at another airfield. A visit to Old Sarum Aerodrome would allow you to participate in the booking in and out of another airfield and enjoy the surroundings with a cup of tea before returning back to your friends and family at Compton Abbas Airfield.
