There are no complicated conditions of hire at Compton. You give us a ring and book in whenever you want to fly, and you are charged according to our extremely competitive rates. Prices are all inclusive with no hidden extras.
Frequent Flyer Rate: NO UPFRONT PAYMENT, PAY AS YOU GO: PA28 per hour just £118.80.
This rate is based on a 28 day recency, and is just slightly more in the Cessna and Grumman AA5.
If you are hour building, come and have a chat with us, we can arrange a great deal for you according to the amount of hours you need, and the aircraft type that would suit you best.
Aircraft are avaliable everyday of the week 360 days of the year. We have a minimum hire time of half an hour, and at the other end of the scale, aircraft that you can take away for a couple of days, or even a week. We have several group fly outs to other airfields throughout the year which are a great opportunity to get some hours in whilst sharing the costs - and having a fun day out too.
As we own and operate the aerodrome, and have a brilliant location, there are no delays in getting airbourne. With the absence of controlled airspace you are free to explore the surrounding area as soon as the wheels have left the ground - chatting to your friendly Compton ops staff on the air ground radio!
All our aircraft are fully maintained to a very high standard, and are of a petrol deviant which ensures high performance and increased load capacity. Prices are inclusive of everything – from fuel to VAT to landings.
